How is the transparency rating given?
A Doctor’s Transparency Rating is evaluated based on:
- Phone Transparency: Whether Service & Treatment Fees are easily communicated over the Phone
- Internet Transparency: Whether Service & Treatment Fees are easily accessible Online
- Product Information & Prices Transparency: Whether the Prices and Information of Prescribed Products are easily accessible in Person, Online and by Phone
- Overall Naturopathic Doctor’s Clinic Transparency: Overall Naturopathic Doctor’s Clinic Transparency includes a Generalized Evaluation of the Honesty, Sincerity, Openness and Straightforwardness of the Naturopathic Doctor and his Staff regarding Clinic Visit and Treatment Fees, and Expected Practice Outcomes.

Does your site list only Naturopathic Doctors?
RateMyNaturopath lists only licensed naturopathic physicians, and are regulated by the College of Naturopathic Physicians, not unlike how medical doctors are regulated by the College of Physicians & Surgeons.

How much does this website cost me?
The RateMyNaturopath site requires no fee for use. You may notice some advertising on various pages, as we prefer to offer free access to our site.
Why isn't my naturopathic doctor listed?
It is most likely that no one has added him/her yet. RateMyNaturopath does their utmost to rate and review top doctors and relies on our visitors to advise us when their own doctors need to be added. You can Contact Us to advise us of your Naturopathic Doctor’s Information.
Do I have to provide my name & email address when adding a rating?
For verification purposes, you are required to create an account, log in, and enter your name or email address.
I've seen ‘Signup | Login?' What's that all about?
Users can read ratings, comparisons and do searches without an account. To rate a Naturopathic Doctor you will require an account. We do not change ratings, so logging in gives the user a way to make sure their ratings are always up to date.
Who can rate Naturopathic Doctors (NDs)?
To verify that patients have seen their respective naturopathic doctor, we require approximately three sales receipts with prices and dates, to validate that a patient has had adequate first-hand knowledge to make a judgement of said doctor, as their comments may affect a doctor’s reputation. Patient names should be blacked out. Please remember to only rate your doctor ONCE. Rating more than once may result in ALL your ratings being removed.
My comments were removed. What comments are considered cause for removal?
Patient comments need to be about their experience and outcome with their naturopathic doctor, and/or customer service issues. New ratings are reviewed, and we reserve the right to remove comments or an entire rating.
How long does it take for my rating to show online?
It may take some time for your comments to be posted, as our moderator needs to review them.

There's an error in my listing; how can I correct it?
Doctors can Contact Us to correct or add information about themselves and their practice.
I'm a naturopathic doctor and I have my patients rate me from our office computer; why did their ratings get removed?
Entries from the same computer will be removed as it is seen as erroneous. It is advisable to ask your patients to rate you from their own home computers or mobile devices.
I do not agree with rating. What can I do?
If you think the rating should be removed, Contact Us and tell us why it should be removed.
I'm a naturopathic doctor who noticed some of my ratings were removed?
We remove ratings for a number of reasons, but it is usually due to one of our automated spam filters thinking there were multiple ratings coming from the same rater. When we detect this, our system will usually automatically remove the duplicate ratings.
I'm a naturopathic doctor who feels my ratings are unfair. What can I do?
If you think the rating should be reviewed, Contact Us and tell us why.
I'm a naturopathic doctor, and would like my name removed from your site?
If it is a valid listing, it will not be removed. If the listing is fake, or if the doctor is deceased, please Contact Us and let us know.
How do I get a rating removed from your website?
This site is for patients to share their experiences online, just as they may be discussing you in everyday conversations. We generally do not remove ratings. Contact Us to have your rating reviewed.
